South Korean barbecue owner. He was not a culinary student but as an office worker he was always attracted to barbecue and meat. He opened Yoo’s Barbecue Lab in Seoul in the old Namyeong Arcade, a Western-style shopping mall built during the Japanese colonial period. The building is 100 years old but is in a relatively well-preserved state, but remained empty due to the dark past of the place. Despite being a newcomer, the restaurant is fully booked months in advance and professional chefs have praised Yoo’s food calling him a "barbecue genius".
