Kang Seung Sik is the leader and main vocalist of IST Entertainment’s boy group VICTON. He has officially taken over the leader position after the former group’s leader Seungwoo started his activities with X1.
Kang joined A Cube Entertainment as a trainee in 2014 and was among the company’s earliest batch of male trainees alongside VICTON members Byungchan, Seungwoo, and Chan. He participated in the pre-debut reality show Me & 7 Men and officially debuted on November 2016.
Kang hosted the radio show "Blanket Kick" from April 2020 to July 2021. Apart from his idol career, Kang is also known for appearing in various musical theatres such as Equal, I Loved You, and ON AIR – Secret Contract.
Kang participated in a charity project with Good Neighbors for the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
