Ryu Jung Soo is a South Korean entrepreneur. He graduated from Yonsei University with a bachelor’s degree in Astronomy and Astronautics. He began working in an engineering company before opening a restaurant focusing on French cuisine called "Glow Kitchen" in 2015. He later opened a dessert café and both companies became hugely popular among the younger generation and he began opening more branches. He also became the CEO of "Glow Seoul", a space solution company that creates new commercial districts by planning and developing whatever is more suitable for specific areas.
