Yoon Bomi, born Yoon Tae Woong and known professionally as Pung Ja, is a South Korean transgender YouTuber and broadcast journalist. Despite being in a conservative South Korean society, she began posting videos online in 2019 based on her experiences on becoming a transgendered woman. Thanks to her satirical wit and light-hearted broadcasting, she managed to overcome the social stigma of transgendered people and she gained popularity as a YouTuber. After she appeared on Lee Yong Jin’s "Turkids on the Block", she surpassed 500,000 subscribers on her channel and was invited to more collaborations with Yong Jin at Studio Waffle. She is the only transgendered woman being active in South Korean TV as she is beginning to regularly appear as guest on several shows.
