Park Se Young is a Korean actress and singer managed by CL&Company. She attended Sang Myung University, Department of Film and Video (Bachelor). She originally debuted in 2002 as a child but did not pursue acting until 2011 for academic reasons. She got her first acting role on the show “If Tomorrow Comes” in 2011.
Then, in 2012, she was given a large role in the new television show “The Equator Man”. She won a few awards including “2012 New Star Award” by SBS Star Awards, “2016 Female Excellence Award” by 9th Korea Drama Awards, “2017 Excellence Award, Female Actress in a Monday-Tuesday Drama” by SBS Star Awards, and “2019 Excellence Award, Actress in a Drama Division, Special Project on Monday and Tuesday” by MBC Star Awards. She also won a Grand Prize unrelated to her acting career in 2003, she won the grand prize at the last missing Seoul Land princess contest, and one of the grand prizes at that time was a lifetime pass to Seoul Land, and she is still receiving the benefits of the ‘Seoul Land Lifetime Pass’.
She made some appearances in the music videos including, “Know Your Name (Acoustic ver.)” (2012) by Jay Park, and her own song, “Shall We Dance” (2013) by Park Se-Young (feat Standing egg).
