Shin Ok Cheol known by his stage name Outsider, is a South Korean rapper and CEO of ASSA Communication. He is known for his speed-rapping and is able to rap slightly more than 22 syllables per second, he’s considered by many as the fastest korean rapper.
After a conflict between Outsider and MC Sniper’s label, Sniper Sound, in July 2013, Outsider left the label. Despite the conflict with his former label, Outsider made his first official comeback after being discharged from the military under his own label ASSA Communication.
Outsider got married on 31 March 2012 at Seoul’s Gangnam Imperial Palace Hotel. His wife, Lee Yongbin (이영빈) is a director of a dance troupe as well as the CEO of a cultural contents enterprise. He has a daughter who was born on 9 March, 2016.
