Morley Robertson (b. 1963) is a Japanese electronic musician, DJ, radio/TV presenter and journalist of American descent. He was born in New York and spent most of his childhood in Hiroshima. His mother is Japanese and his father is American.
In 1981, Robertson entered the University Of Tokyo but dropped out after the first semester. Instead, Morley had been studying electronic music at the Harvard Electronic Music Studio (HEMS) with Ivan Tcherepnin and mastered Serge Modular synthesizer during his tenancy at the HEMS. He graduated from the Harvard University in 1988. In later years, Robertson became more interested in club music, performing as a dubstep DJ and hosting a successful show at Block.fm.
He is married to the Japanese actress Ikeda Yukiko.
