Lee Jae Gyoo is a South Korean director. in 1996, he graduated from Seoul University with a Journalism major and joined MBC. In 1997, he started working as assistant director for several MBC productions and in 2003, he debuted as a director with the TV series “Damo”. For the drama’s excellence and his directorial skills, Lee received a Baeksang Arts Award for Best New Director.
Following “Damo”, he directed the hit dramas “Beethoven Virus” and “The King 2 Hearts”, which drew accolades for their cinematic quality.
