Kim In Soo is a South Korean musician and member of punk bands CRYING NUT, DADDY O RADIO and metal band L.O.D. He joined Crying Nut in 1993 as the accordionist and keyboardist when they started performing in nightclubs and small festivals.
In 1995, they started performing in the Hongdae club scene in Seoul. In 1998, they released their 1st album, "Speed Up Losers", and slowly became a household name in South Korea as one of the founders of Joseon Punk, a style that incorporates foreign genres while still reflecting their inherent Korean heritage.
In 2002, they gained more popularity following their performances at the 2002 FIFA World Cup. They were also invited to the 2006 FIFA World Cup and now have a steady fanbase around the world. Crying Nut does not usually appear on TV as they prefer rock festivals or concerts instead.
In 2011, he joined the metal band L.O.D. (short for Legion of Doom), focusing on thrash and heavy metal music. In 2019, he joined the Irish-style punk band Daddy O Radio alongside fellow Crying Nut member Lee Sang Hyuk, but due to the members’ busy schedules, they rarely perform together.
