Born in 1969. This is his first feature film after being recognized for his two short films which were very successful at short film festivals. “Sunflower Blues” (1999) screened at the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival and the New York Independent Film Festival, while “Three Hungry Brothers” won special awards at the Mise-en-scene Genre Film Festival, the Asiana International Short Film Festival, and the Seoul Digital Film Festival.
