Kang Eui Shik, born in Yangpyeong of Gyeonggi-do, is a South Korean film, theater and musical actor, widely known as Kang Chan. After entering college, his dream of becoming an actor grew. He dropped out of Business Administration after attending Hongik University for one year and entered the theater department of Dongguk University at the age of 23.
Kang made his debut in the 2012 musical "Hwarang".
