He was a contestant in MBC’s survival show, Under19 (Under Nineteen).He ranked 2nd on the survival show and became part of boy group known as 1THE9. He was Main Vocalist, Lead Dancer and Visual of the group.He’s part of the pre-debut group Fave Boys with his former members Do Yum and Seunghwan.He promoted with 1THE9 for 17 months.
