Jean Liu

Jean Liu is a producer and filmmaker from the UK and China. She specialises in telling stories about personalities and subcultures that put a highly individual stamp on issues of broader interest. Her portrait-style documentary films have featured at AFI Docs, Slamogram, and numerous other film festivals internationally, as well as appearing on sites such as BBC, Salon Docs and NOWNESS. She also has experience in immersive storytelling. Working with brands such as LVMH and Stella McCartney, she has produced several large scale, large budget, immersive media experiences; combining live art performance, film, and technology.
