South Korean lawyer and representative of the law firm Self.com. He runs a YouTube channel specializing in traffic accidents. He graduated from Seoul National University with a law degree and later obtained a master’s degree from the same university. Since 2012, he has been part of the Ministry of Legislation for the Transportation Sector. In 2013, he also became a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Driver’s License Administrative Disposition Appeals Committee and a mediation member of Seoul Central District Court.
