Ha Seok Ju is a South Korean retired footballer and current coach. He graduated from Ajou University in 1989 and made his debut one year later for the Daewoo Royals of the K-League. He spent 7 years with the team playing in 158 games and scoring 34 goals. In 1998, he moved to Japan and spent one season with Cerezo Osaka before moving to Vissel Kobe where he remained until 2000. He then returned to South Korea and played 2 more years with Pohang Steelers before retiring at the end of the 2003 season. He was part of the national team who played in the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States and in the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. In 2011, he became the head coach of the Ajou University soccer team and in 2012 moved to coach professionally in the K-League as manager of the Jeonnam Dragons. He was fired in 2014 and he decided to return to Ajou University where he remains as the head coach since 2015 until today.
