Ahn Jae Hyung is a South Korean retired table tennis player who competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. He won the bronze medal in doubles. In 1989, he married Chinese table tennis player, Jiao Zhimin and in 1991, they had a son, Ahn Byung-Hun, who is now a professional golfer in the United States. In 2015, he returned to the world of table tennis after eight years when he was appointed as the head coach of the men’s national table tennis team who went to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. In 2017, he was appointed as the head coach of the women’s national team.
