Yoo Yeon Seok And Chae Soo Bin In Talks To Star In New Drama

Yoo Yeon Seok and Chae Soo Bin might play a married couple in the upcoming drama “The Number You Have Dialed” (working title)!

On March 13, a news outlet reported that Yoo Yeon Seok and Chae Soo Bin had been offered the lead roles in the new drama “The Number You Have Dialed” and are currently engaged in positive discussions regarding their potential participation in the project.

Yoo Yeon Seok and Chae Soo Bin’s agency, King Kong by Starship, later confirmed the report by telling Newsen, “They have received offers [to star in the drama] and are currently reviewing it.”

Based on the web novel of the same name, “The Number You Have Dialed” depicts the passionate romance of a show-window couple that begins with a threatening phone call.

Yoo Yeon Seok has been offered the role of Baek Sa Eon, the youngest spokesperson of the Blue House and a promising young politician. As a former news anchor with a prominent career, he has everything, from an elite family background to appearance and abilities. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he receives a phone call informing him that his wife has been kidnapped.

Chae Soo Bin has been offered the role of Hong Hee Joo, Baek Sa Eon’s wife and a sign language interpreter, who developed aphasia after experiencing a major incident in her childhood.

Yoo Yeon Seok has previously proven his expertise in romantic roles through dramas such as SBS’s “Dr. Romantic,” tvN’s “Hospital Playlist,” “JTBC’s The Interest of Love,” and more.
