March Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from February 3 to March 3.

“Miss Trot 3” continued its reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 10,781,258, marking a 1.78 percent rise in its score since February.

High-ranking phrases in the survival show’s keyword analysis included “viewership ratings,” “ranking reveals,” and “advancing to the finals,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “cutthroat,” “vote,” and “prove.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.27 percent positive reactions.

Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 6,396,948, while “King of Active Singers” came in third with a score of 5,947,906.

Running Man” climbed to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 3,892,710, and “My Little Old Boy” held onto its spot at fifth place with a score of 3,816,633.
