On March 6, it was reported that Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol will be starring in director Han Jae Rim’s adaptation of the webtoon “Delusion.”

In response to the reports, Han So Hee’s agency commented, “It is one of the projects she was offered and is considering.” Ryu Jun Yeol’s agency C-JeS Studios responded, “Ryu Jun Yeol received an offer for ‘Delusion’ and is reviewing [the offer].”

Set in 1935 Gyeongseong and 1800s Shanghai, the “Delusion” webtoon is a mystery thriller that tells the story of what happens when artist Yun Iho is commissioned to paint a portrait of the mysterious woman Song Jeong Hwa and visits her hotel.

It is yet to be confirmed if the “Delusion” adaptation will be a drama or a film, but it is a project that director Han Jae Rim has been preparing since 2021. Han Jae Rim is known for his hit films including “The Face Reader” and “Emergency Declaration,” and he previously worked with Ryu Jun Yeol on the film “The King” and the upcoming drama “The 8 Show.”
