EXO’s Suho Is Wary Of Hong Ye Ji’s Helping Hand In “Missing Crown Prince”

MBN’s “Missing Crown Prince” has unveiled new stills ahead of the premiere!

“Missing Crown Prince” is a romantic comedy set in the Joseon era about a crown prince who is kidnapped by the woman who is set to become his wife. While on the run for their lives, romance winds up blossoming between them. The drama is a spin-off of “Bossam: Steal the Fate,” which set a new record for the highest viewership ratings in MBN history. It’s penned by the same writers Kim Ji Soo and Park Chul, who crafted the original series.

The newly released stills capture an interaction between Lee Geon (Suho) and Choi Myung Yoon (Hong Ye Ji). While Lee Geon is being taken away somewhere by Choi Myung Yoon, the two stop due to an injury. Tensions rise as Lee Geon watches Choi Myung Yoon, who is examining his ankle after he removes his bloodied beoseon (traditional Korean sock).

Although Lee Geon warily gazes at Choi Myung Yoon in order to figure out her intentions, Choi Myung Yoon gives him a bright smile in return. Viewers are curious to find out the hidden story behind their fierce exchange of gazes and why Crown Prince Lee Geon has run away.

During filming, Suho and Hong Ye Ji led the atmosphere on set by immersing into their characters. Each portraying a character with a hidden agenda, the two added tension to the drama by discussing their movements in detail.

The production team shared, “Although it was Suho and Hong Ye Ji’s first time acting together, they captured the attention on set by perfectly portraying their roles of Lee Geon and Choi Myung Yoon, respectively. Suho and Hon Ye Ji will deliver a new charm with their bickering chemistry and thrilling tension, so please look forward to it.”
