Cha Eun Woo Leads A Rough Double Life In “Wonderful World”

MBC’s “Wonderful World” has unveiled more stills of Cha Eun Woo’s transformation!

“Wonderful World” is an emotional thriller about Eun Soo Hyun (Kim Nam Joo), a woman who seeks revenge after the tragic loss of her son. When the culprit manages to evade punishment through the legal system, she decides to pursue justice on her own. ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo will star as Kwon Sun Yool, who leads a rough life after dropping out of medical school until he unexpectedly becomes entangled with Eun Soo Hyun.

Kwon Sun Yool is a character who hits rock bottom following the loss of his family after getting swept up in crime. On the surface, Kwon Sun Yool works at a junkyard, but he’s actually living a furtive double life as the subordinate of politician Park Hyuk Kwon (Kim Joon). Cha Eun Woo’s upcoming transformation into Kwon Sun Yool will be a stark contrast to his usual more gentle roles.

The newly released stills depict the fierce gaze of Kwon Sun Yool. The photos portray his various rugged sides such as being drenched in sweat, wearing his work uniform, and riding a motorcycle.

Previously, Cha Eun Woo also dished on his character by sharing, “Kwon Sun Yool is rough and dark, but he’s someone who plans his life meticulously. The character’s unique vibe that is infused in his rough life is charming. Viewers can see a different side of me from what you have seen before.”
