In 1993 Korea, the only country where the Cold War continues, tensions surrounding the development of nuclear weapons escalate. Park Seok Young, an army major in the South Korea military intelligence infiltrates the North Korean nuclear facility, disguising as a South Korean businessman. While the North Koreans’ trust, Seok Young learns of secret deals between the two Koreas.
