Chan Woo wants to be a novelist, so when he is discharged from the army, he meets an old friend, Yu Ra. He receives a letter from him, which was sent by Sun Hee. Chan Woo recalls memories with Sun Hee. Sun Hee is a girl he met on the train going up the Honam Line before enlisting. In the letter, Sun Hee left a request to spray her ashes on herhomeland, and Chan Woo starts the journey to fulfil her wish. Chan Woo arrives at the hut of Daeheungsa Temple where he spent time with Sun Hee. There he meets Jin Kyung, who has a strange atmosphere.
