Yu Ri is forced into a gang of delinquent teenagers. She is soon influenced by her friends and their misconduct. Yu Ri rebels against her father’s double life and her mother’s ambivalence. She continuously refuses to go to school and runs away from home. On a trip, she loses her virginity to a boy she thinks she is in love with. As Yu Ri’s personality turns tougher, her parents can no longercontrol her and they turn in their own daughter to the police. They receive instructions from Sergeant Yu who is in charge of juvenile delinquency. Yu Ri’s parents follow his directions to look upon their child as an individual and with some distance. That way, they can learn to lean on each other. Through his instructions, Yu Ri and her parents are able to regain trust between them.
