Koreatown in Los Angeles is overrun by rival gangs. The K.K. is made up of young Korean-American boys. After a gang fight with their rival, the Dragons, Beom Ie, the K.K. leader, and Tae Woong enter the Tiger Club. As the members of K.K. congratulate each other with a toast, police officer, Michael, and his partner raid the Tiger Club.
