Gynecologist Gui Nam and his wife, Wu Hee, find themselves unable to have a child. They have a good life now, but they need to have a child to inherit the property of Wu Hee’s father. Mi Ja and Dal Soo are a poor unmarried couple living in destitute neighborhood. Mi Ja is straightforward, but Dal Soo is a bit naive. When faced with an unplanned pregnancy, the poor couple decides toterminate the pregnancy, but when they visit the gynecologist, they meet Gui Nam and Woo Hee and decide to give the child to the wealthy couple in exchange for money.
