This film expresses psychological solitude through experimental images and formal beauty. Locked inside while her parents are at work, a 6-year-old girl spends the day with her baby brother on her back. She dreams of flying as she holds a paper butterfly to the sunlight. When she stretches her arm out to catch a slice of sunshine that fills her with warmth, an accident terminates her brother. This work eloquently portrays thealienation of human beings through the use of visual space.
