This is a work dealing with the history of labor unions from 1987 to 1991 of the workers of Hyundai Heavy Industries, who formed the first democratic union in Korea and defended the union with a united force against the government’s oppression of the union during the period when the enthusiasm for democratization was in full swing in 1987. This is a planned documentary jointly produced by the Seoul Film Group andBariter, and is a work that approaches the lives and struggles of workers.
