- In episode 9, it was revealed that the eliminated member is Shin Won, who will return as a trainee.
- KINO, Hong Seok, HUI and YEO ONE are first official members of PENTAGON
- In episode 10, it was revealed that Jin Ho and Yuto become official members of PENTAGON, in episode 11, Woo Seok becomes the seventh official member.
- It was revealed that Pentagon Maker’s final mission is to get an audience of 2,000 people at their debut concert so that they can debut as 10 members (including Shin Won), otherwise they will debut as 7 members, with E’DAWN and Yan An being eliminated along with Shin Won.
- Cube Entertainment has confirmed that the boys’ debut will be on October 10 at 12pm kst. The single is titled Gorilla and will have a hip hop concept with heavy touches and metal sounds. The official members of the group are KINO, Hong Seok, HUI, YEO ONE, Jin Ho, Yuto and Woo Seok. Remaining members E’DAWN, Shin Won and Yan An will go for additional auditions, but with the date of the debut group’s concert approaching, the fate of the three is up in the air. Cube said, “We can’t say that the others not eliminated will join the group.” After so much uncertainty, it was reported that E’DAWN, Shin Won and Yan An are in the group.
