Pre-Debut
On March 4, Liveworks Company released a prologue film and images introducing its new boy group. The agency stated, “TEAM LWZ, who announced that they would make their debut in early 2019 late last year, will debut as 1TEAM on March 27.”
2019: Debut with his first mini-album ‘Hello!
On March 11, it was revealed that they would debut in a Showcase on March 27, in it, along with the phrase “HELLO! 1TEAM”.
On March 19, the cover of their first mini-album “HELLO!” was revealed. On the same day the track list was also released.
On March 27, 1TEAM released music video ‘VIBE’. On March 28, their first debut mini album ‘HELLO!’ was released, on the same day their showcase was held at Olympic Hall of Seoul Olympic Park.
The mini album includes ‘COUNTDOWN’ and ‘BOUT U’.
On April 9, the dance practice of ‘COUNTDOWN’ was released and on April 10, the dance practice of ‘BOUT U’ was released.
Back with his second mini-album ‘JUST’.
On June 14, their comeback was revealed on the group’s social media with their first teaser image showing an ice cream with its wrapper that reads the phrase “1TEAM JUST”.
On June 16, the release date of their comeback mini-album, JUST, which would be released on July 11, is confirmed.
On June 19, the schedule was released for preparations for his comeback mini-album, JUST.
From June 23 to 27, individual images of the group members were released for the concept of their new mini-album.
On July 1, a new teaser image was revealed, this time as a group, showing us new images of the members along with the name of the title song of their new mini-album, 롤링 롤링 (ROLLING ROLLING).
That same day the cover of their new mini-album is released along with the track list, revealing that the BC member composed the song ICE IN THE CUP.
On July 3, the pre-order of his mini-album JUST was made. On July 4, the lyrics of his title song 롤링 롤링 (ROLLING ROLLING) from his new mini-album were revealed.
On July 7, the music video teaser for 링 롤링 (ROLLING ROLLING) was revealed, and on July 8 an audio teaser for the JUST mini-album.
The group made its comeback with the release of the music video for 링 롤링 (ROLLING ROLLING) and the mini-album JUST on July 11 at 6PM (KST).
Back with his Third Mini-Album ‘ONE
On October 16, 2019, 1TEAM announced to us their comeback for November 06 with their third mini-album titled, ONE.
On October 20, they released two group images with the concept of their new mini-album, “ONE“, which is to be released at 06:00 pm (KST).
From October 21 to 25, two individual images were released for each member, starting with Rubin and ending with Jung Hoon.
On October 27, the title song of the title track of the new mini-album, “Make This” was revealed. On October 28, new images of the members with the title song and track list of the new mini-album were released.
ONE will feature three new songs, “Make This” (which will be the title track), “Love It” and finally “Not Afraid”.
On November 01, 2019, the group released the teaser of the music video for “Make This”. While on November 06 at 06:00 pm (KST), the group made its comeback with its third mini-album and MV of Make This.
The new mini-album of 1TEAM was placed in the TOP100 of Gaon Album Chart and reached the TOP50.
2020: Back with his First Digital Single “Ullaeli Kkoallaeli”.
On July 14, the cover of their first digital single was revealed on the group’s social networks along with the release date.
From July 21 to 23, individual images were released for each member, starting with Rubin and ending with Jung Hoon.
On August 4, 2020, the group made its comeback with its first digital single and MV of ULLAELI KKOLLAELI.
2021: Dissolution and future of membership
On March 10 at 4:02 p.m. KST, a link to a statement in Daum was posted via the group’s social media.
The statement read as follows: “Hello, this is LIVEWORKS COMPANY. We appreciate all the love and support you show to 1TEAM and would like to let you know about plans in the future of 1TEAM. Please keep in mind that we put in a considerable amount of time before making this decision. After a long discussion with the members of 1TEAM and LIVEWORKS COMPANY, both parties agreed to end the official activities of 1TEAM as a group by March 14, 2021, and decided to terminate the contract with LIFEWORKS COMPANY as a group. To all fans who love 1TEAM, we sincerely apologize for revealing this new development. Thanks once again to the fans around the world for their love and support for 1TEAM. Please wish the best for the members who will take the next steps in their individual lives. Now they will be heading towards different dreams, not like 1TEAM, and LIFEWORKS COMPANY also wishes the best of luck to all members. Also please note that all social networks of the group, including FANSHIP, will close after March 31. Thank you.“
On March 25, 2021, it was announced that Je Hyun and Jin Woo (under the name Xen) would debut in Spire Entertainment’s new group; OMEGA X.
