‘Kimchi, Kimchi’ is the story of Geochang Kimchi, made with the first dew cabbage under the sky, spreading overseas. It begins when the male protagonist, Ho Tae, a Seoul National University graduate, quits his job in Seoul and returns to his hometown, Gabuk-myeon, Geochang.
The play progresses as he meets female juniors of his age who run a kimchi factory in his hometown and naturally becomes interested in exporting kimchi, the originof K-food.
